SCI SOTRADIC needs the services of a Technical Engineer to work with their offices in Douala, Cameroon.

SCI SOTRADIC is a Civil Real Estate Company headquartered in Akwa-Douala, Salle des Fêtes roundabout, Boulevard de la République. It specializes in managing and operating various real estate products, particularly the rental of furnished and unfurnished accommodation, spaces for offices, stores, and shopping centers in several cities of Cameroon, such as Yaoundé, Douala. and Bafoussam.
SCI SOTRADIC also operates in the residential hotel market. It provides several services: furnished accommodation, catering, car rental, massage service, laundry, a swimming pool, a gym, a banquet, and conference rooms. SCI SOTRADIC counts three semi-hotel complexes in the city of Douala:
- The Residence le CARAT, in Bonapriso, Avenue De Gaulle;
- The Le Carat residence, located opposite the Akwa Festival Hall;
- The Blue Sky Residence is located at the Bessengue red light.
Requirements of the Technical Engineer
- Man / Woman
- Aged between 30 to 45 years old
- Holder of a BAC + 4 engineering diploma
- Justify a professional experience of at least 05 years
Duties of the Technical Engineer
- Supervise, animate and coordinate the activities of a team of technicians
- Monitor and accept the work of service providers
- Establish and monitor the execution of all preventive and curative maintenance schedules
- Monitor technical incidents in buildings and report them to the hierarchy
- Follow the development and control of new work in the city and outside the city
- Implement technical feasibility studies for the renovation and/or maintenance of infrastructure in and outside the city.
- Monitor the design and implementation of a project
- Ensure compliance with standards or measures in using equipment delivered to the site.
Skills and Required Qualities
- Good knowledge of the stages of a project
- Good command of the use of CAD / DOA software
- Strong ability to manage a team of technicians
- Have good skills in site supply management
- Ability to make decisions
- Good communicator
- Responsive and available
